Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of IeuLink. By using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Effective and last updated: 24 August 2026
1. Eligibility and service
You must be able to enter a contract under applicable law or use IeuLink with permission from a lawful guardian. IeuLink provides short-link creation, redirection, limited management, expiration, domain selection, and summary statistics. Features may change or stop.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for destination URLs, aliases, linked content, and recipients. You represent that you have the rights and lawful basis needed to share that content. Keep the management token secure: anyone controlling the token or creating browser may change or disable the link within available limits.
3. Prohibited use
You must not use IeuLink for:
- malware, phishing, credential theft, fraud, spam, or deceptive redirects;
- illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, or exploitative content or activity;
- violating privacy, copyright, trademark, or other rights;
- evading blocks, security controls, platform restrictions, or law enforcement;
- scanning, scraping, automation, or excessive requests that disrupt the service;
- misleading link disguises that create risk for recipients.
4. Moderation and enforcement
We may investigate reports and reasonably refuse, limit, disable, or remove links or access without notice when we suspect a breach of these terms, law, third-party rights, or service security. We may preserve evidence and cooperate with authorities when legally required. Automated or manual decisions can be wrong; contact us to request review.
5. Availability, domains, and expiration
Links are not guaranteed to be permanent, continuously available, error-free, or to retain a specific alias or domain. Partner domains may have separate rules. Links may expire by creator choice, be lost through technical failure, or be disabled for security, policy, legal, cost, or service-closure reasons. Keep the original URL and do not rely on IeuLink as the only copy or access route for anything important.
6. Intellectual property
IeuLink’s name, branding, design, software, and assets belong to the operator or licensors. You retain rights in your content and grant us a limited permission to process URLs and metadata only to operate, secure, and improve the service.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent law permits, implied warranties are disclaimed and we are not responsible for destination content, third-party conduct, failed links, lost traffic/data/opportunities, or indirect loss. Liability that law does not allow us to exclude remains, and these terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
8. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to cover reasonable loss suffered by the operator because your use violates law, these terms, or another person’s rights. This does not apply to loss caused by the operator’s fault or where prohibited by law.
9. Law, disputes, and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia without removing mandatory protections where you live. Disputes should first be addressed in good faith and may then be brought before a competent court. If one provision is invalid, the rest remains effective. Terms may be updated; continued use after the effective date accepts the updated version.
